We want you to love CortexGrip. If it isn’t right for you, this policy explains what you can get back, how quickly, and the few things we can’t refund.
1. Our refund promise
If you’re not happy with a new paid plan, cancel within the refund window and we’ll give you your money back. No forms to print, no awkward phone calls.
IN PLAIN ENGLISH
Cancel inside the window and you get a full refund. That’s it.
2. Refund windows by product
Each window starts on the day you first pay for that product.

3. How to request a refund
Most refunds are approved instantly from your dashboard.
- STEP 01
Open Billing → Orders
Find the order you want back. Eligible orders show a “Request refund” button.
- STEP 02
Tell us why (optional)
One tap is enough. Feedback helps us improve, but it never affects your refund.
- STEP 03
Money’s on its way
You’ll get an email straight away. Funds arrive in 5–10 working days.
Paid by bank transfer or invoice? Reply to your receipt email and we’ll refund to the same account.
4. What we can’t refund
A few things are paid straight to third parties, so we can’t get the money back:
Domain renewals, transfers and restores, once processed
Premium domains and domains past their 5-day grace period
SSL certificates that have already been issued
Add-ons used in full, such as one-off design credits
5. Renewals
We email you 7 days before any plan renews. If a plan renews and you didn’t mean it to, ask within 14 days and we’ll refund it, as long as you haven’t used it since.
IN PLAIN ENGLISH
Forgot to cancel? Tell us within 14 days of the renewal and we’ll sort it.
6. Your legal rights
If you’re a consumer in the UK, you also have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. This policy adds to those rights; it never takes them away.
